The practice sessions went good today, we only turned about 16-18 laps. All of the track time Friday was limited to single car runs, with no drafting permitted. Session 1, the car was a little tight but we posted the 16th quickest time at 178.674mph. We only ran about 5 laps in the first session. Session 2, we posted the 9th fastest time at 179.777. Eric, Lee, Davey, Larry, Bill and Andy worked hard today. Open testing will resume Saturday morning with more single car runs, and the first drafting set to take place after lunch. We will bring you periodic updates throughout the day tomorrow and hope to have some more pictures posted from the track.
